Core Principles & Code of Business Conduct

How MINCAT operates, makes decisions and builds trusted industrial relationships.

01 · Our principles

How MINCAT works

MINCAT operates in complex industrial environments where technology, engineering, procurement and project execution intersect. These principles define the standard we aim to maintain across client engagements, partner relationships and commercial decisions.

  1. 01

    Client First

We begin with the client's requirement, objectives and project context rather than a predetermined product, supplier or technology.

  2. 02

    Technical Before Commercial

Commercial attractiveness matters, but it should not replace technical suitability. Requirements, specifications, quality and project fit come first.

  3. 03

    Independent Evaluation

Where appropriate, we consider relevant alternatives and assess them against agreed technical, commercial and project criteria.

  4. 04

    Transparency

We communicate clearly on scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, partner involvement and the next steps in an engagement.

  5. 05

    Quality & Reliability

We give appropriate attention to product quality, supplier capability, delivery performance, documentation and long-term reliability.

  6. 06

    No Compromise on Technical Suitability

The lowest initial price is not automatically the right industrial solution. We look at cost alongside quality, reliability, delivery and overall project fit.

  7. 07

    Long-Term Relationships

We aim to build relationships that support recurring requirements, future projects and sustained industrial collaboration.

  8. 08

    Responsible Business

We expect MINCAT representatives and relevant partners to conduct business professionally, ethically and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Our standard: understand the requirement first, then identify the right technology, partners and execution pathway.

02 · Code of Business Conduct

Our commitment to responsible business

The standards MINCAT expects from its team and from the business relationships it enters into.

01Integrity & Ethical Business
We conduct business honestly, professionally and in good faith. We do not knowingly make false, misleading or incomplete representations in commercial or technical discussions.
02Anti-Bribery & Improper Payments
We do not support bribery, kickbacks or improper payments intended to influence a business decision or obtain an improper advantage.
03Conflicts of Interest
Actual or potential conflicts that could affect an engagement should be identified and addressed appropriately.
04Fair & Transparent Dealings
Commercial discussions, quotations, technical information and commitments should be communicated accurately and handled professionally.
05Confidentiality & Information
Business, technical and commercial information should be handled responsibly and shared only with appropriate authorization and need.
06Partner & Supplier Conduct
We expect relevant technology, engineering, manufacturing and supply partners to maintain appropriate standards of quality, ethics and legal compliance.
07Compliance With Applicable Requirements
MINCAT and its representatives should comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations and relevant trade requirements.
08Professional Conduct
We expect respectful, professional behaviour in interactions with clients, colleagues, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.

These principles and standards complement — but do not replace — the terms of individual contracts, applicable laws or formal company policies.
